satisfies all specifications.

The files quote_today.txt and images_and_labels.html have been added
in the resources subdirectory, which are critical to the way the quotes 
and the rotating images are handled on the Radical Records website.

I am having issues putting my JSON quotes
onto a new line (to get them under 80 characters)
It is giving me errors in VS Code.
