This website is complete and meets all current specifications.

Note: I was having problems using the $_SERVER['CONTEXT_DOCUMENT_ROOT'] for the quotes
so i used absolute paths to retrieve the quotes for all the pages. Also i used a separate
way to retrieve the quotes so i had no use of the quote_today.txt
