my php files with code for time and quotes cant get access in a folder. I've tried all of the obvious solutions
and spent hours looking for other solutions. Seems to be a bug

date and time display using AJAX (Asynchronous JavaScript and XML) communication.
Achieved with my_js.js and time.php

get_quotes.php reads quotes from quotes.json and selects a random quote and
stores is as a cookie for the day for all visitors.

carousel.js creates a cycle to auto rotate through the images automativally but I added a feature
to be able to click next or backwards like a true carousel.
